How we do it /

The rules

Before starting any project we will make sure that you understand our 3 rules for the web. Without understanding of the rules, your web strategy could have problems.

Rule 1: No goal, no return on investment
There is no point of creating a website if you don't have a goal with it. And to measure if you have reached that goal, it has to be specific. You have to be able to show results.

Rule 2: Your customers are in control
We don't decide how to design your site, you don't decide how to design your site. Your customers do. Only by understanding your customers are we going to create a great website, and only by testing the site on real users will we know if it works.

Rule 3: Quick information and rich experiences rarely mix well together
Creating sites in Flash has grown immensely popular in Taiwan. Most sites these days are launched with a Flash intro, and usually it looks great. It creates a rich experience for the visitor. But if your customer just want to quickly get some product specifications so they can decide whether to make a purchase, then that 5 minute wait for the Flash intro can make them go to the competitor instead.

Our process

The design process is how we are different from most companies in Taiwan. While many webdesign companies in Taiwan starts with visual design, this is the third phase of our design process. Our webdesign projects goes through 5 phases.

1.Definining the project
2.Developing site structure
3.Visual design and testing
4.Production and quality assurance
5.Launch and beyond
