The BlueTree design process
BlueTree follows a design process that keeps projects on time and
on budget. It has proven again and again to keep projects on budget
and schedule.
1.Project Definition
In this stage the required features and scope is agreed upon.
And most important of all; the expectations of the client
and BlueTree is aligned. |

2.Developing Structure
The content delivery plan is designed and responsibilities
delegated. The information architecture is finalized.

3.Visual Design and Testing
The visual design for the site is created and tested
with the target market.
|

|
4.Production and Quality Assurance
The webpages are produced and programming of features starts.
Quality control makes sure the site is bug-free.
|
|
|
5.Launch and beyond
The site is launched and monitored closely to see if it has
bottlenecks and can be found in search-engines. Promotional
activities starts.

During the whole design process we always keep the target users
of the site in mind, and our client updated on progress. The structure,
visual design and last phase are signed off by the client to keep
the project on track.
