Service Description

A website’s value is unknown if you don’t know how much traffic you are getting to your site. If you had invested NTD100,000 in a new website a year ago, but didn't know how many people that had been to your website, how would you know if your investment had paid off? Maybe your site had 10 visitors, so you actually paid NTD10,000 per visitor?

BlueTree's traffic report service is designed to provide the information needed to make decisions about your website strategy.

Unlike a printed advertisement, you can actually know how many people that have been to your website. You can know what words they used in search-engines to find your site, and you can know what content/products the visitors are most interested in, and what country the visitor is from. This information is critical in designing a site to please your customers.

If you are paying to have your site listed in a directory, you can actually see if someone has visited your site from this directory and if you should pay to be listed again.

You can subscribe to receive monthly or quarterly traffic reports, and you can order a report for a specific period. You can also choose between a basic report, a detailed report and a special report. The report will be emailed maximum 3 days after the end of the measured period. It's the information you need for your web strategy.

Acceptable logfiles
We accept logfiles from all major web server and log file formats, including zip and gzip compressed: Microsoft IIS and Site Server, Netscape, Apache, C-builder, CERN, CSA, Novell, Intranetware, O'Reilly Website, Open Market, Oracle, IBM, Purveyor, ColdFusion.
