Service Description

A website might misinform instead of inform customers if it isn't maintained properly. Changing contact details, new products, press releases, updated downloads, etc. A website needs to be maintained. Unfortunately, there are many companies that do not have the resources to hire fulltime people to maintain their website. BlueTree's website maintenance service is tailored for this situation.

When BlueTree maintains your site you only pay for the time required to do the updates. At a rate of only NT$500 per hour you would have to have a lot of maintenance work on your site to make is more affordable to hire a fulltime webdesigner.

With remote website maintenance new content is sent by email to BlueTree, we do the requested changes, place them on the BlueTree site for your approval and use FTP to directly access your website and implement the changes. Alternatively, the updated content can be sent to your IT administrator for upload.

Also, in Taipei City and Taipei County a BlueTree representative can work at your office at agreed times. The representative will bring their own laptop and software and be available to help on any kind of webdesign issues. All you pay is the standard hourly rate and the travel costs for travelling to your office from Hsintien and back again. The representative knows how to deal with most webdesign issues and speak fluent Chinese and English.

Maintenance tasks can be scheduled at certain times. For example, 06:00AM on every sunday morning in a month. Or on demand, which usually works better for urgent press releases.

If you need to budget for the maintenance service we can also offer maintenance contracts for up to a year.
